[Resolved]  Tvs Motor Company — No helmet challan during mechanic test drive

Hi,
I got my scooty pep+ serviced at new GS enterprises, VIjay Nagar, Ghaziabad on 19th July, 2023 but found some issues after delivery, so I approached the service center and the mechanic took the scooty for test drive and asked me to sit on the back seat. I asked him to wear the helmet but he said that he will drive in street and so there won't be any issues. Later in the day, I received a message with a fine of Rs. 1000 for driving without helmet while he was driving the scooty.

I contacted the service center manager Ankit he said that they will return the money and get a coupon created from mechanic advance salary and will give me money and made me wait for half an hour but nothing happened and asked me to come some other day.

I visited again after few days and he said that they will transfer the money to me via UPI after making me wait for half an hour and asked me to go home.

Today on 3rd August also, he asked me to wait as people have gone on top floor and will do when they return, I waited for half an hour and then he said he is not sure how long it will take.

I also emailed [protected]@tvsmotor.com and got a call back from [protected] and the person said that it's just happen on road, even it could have been an accident and asked to ignore it.

Tried contacting the regional office contact number mentioned at service center[protected] but that belong to some other company, not TVS.
