TVS Tyres — Multiple tearing of tyres on surface

My TVS Apache 200 4v has multiple tearing on its surface due to manufacturing defect, I have shown the same to TVS dealers and they asked me to contact TVS tyres and issues me a letter acknowledging my defects in tyres .

I HAVE ALSO EMAIL, BUT THEY ASKED ME TO WAIT AND LOCAL TVS DEALER WILL CONTACT BUT NO ONC CONTACTED

Please look into this and resolve ASAP
