I recently got a call for the part time job, one lady named 'shanaya' called me and told me the work that i have to fill 1000 forms in 10 days and i will get rs.30/- form and they sent me one link through which one app had opened where they said to upload signature along with they asked me to send my aadhar card photo in email id and i have sent them after few minutes they send me a agreement where they put my signature.
After four days i had received the mail from company that u have not done your work properly due to which our company's server has crashed due to which you have to pay the penalty of rs. 1, 50, 000/- to 2, 00, 000/- and i was unaware about the agreement. Please help me. They are pressurizing me to pay the penalty of rs. 35, 500/- with advocate fees otherwise they will send me court notice from court.
