u.p.handicraft and handloom emporium — Leather Shoes got torn after 1 use

I bought 2 no. of leather shoes from Agra, Handloom shop which is run by government. After only 1 use, they got torn up and got damaged. Stitching got removed and not in a condition to wear it again.
