[Resolved]  Uber India — Driver insisted to pay directly instead of app in online payment method

I took a ride on 8th nov and after reaching the destination driver said he does not want to be paid through uber app and insisted on paying directly to him. I told him that it will be paid online through application only but He was rude and arguing on the road for this and i had to pay him directly on his number..Now tha uber app shows that trip is unpaid.. i raised the concern and spoke to 2 executives and both of them told me that they can not do anything in this and i have to clear dues on the app? Why i must pay TWICE? For the record i also shared with them the screenshot of payment as requested on email but they still closed the ticket saying we can not help in this.
