Uco Bank — Didn't get my refund after 1o days

My name is Akhilesh kumar and i had ordered Euro men briefs (pack of 5) of RS 382 in amazon on 11 Nov 2020 and returned this order on 18 Nov 2020 due to wrong item And on 21 Nov 2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my bank account but i still didn't get my money.Amazon sent this reference no.[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form Uco Bank but Uco Bank didn't have such policy .So please kindly respond to this complaint. My bank account no. is [protected].Thank You Sir
