Uco Bank — Money deducted from account but i did not get money from atm

today at 06.09 pm i tried to withdraw money from atm ..on registerd no. i got the message that money is deducted but i didnot get the money from atm ...
i request your bank to refund the money plz its urgent..
i am attaching the bank details n photos of slip i got from atm
plz refund as soon as possible
i got this msg from bank on registered no. ([protected])

I am Arunn kumar sengupta, I had done FD of sum amount rs150000 on 3rd march 2016 and it was matured on 3rd march 2017but after maturity as um of rs 1366 has been deducted from my account although I had submitted 15H form with pan card.please take necessary action as soon as possible so that I get my deducted money
