My recurring account no #[protected] has been matured on 04th may 2018 but till today 19th may 2018.

I contacted iterators kanthal bagan be they say to give letter for transferring the amount.
Please note i will not give any letter regarding this.

I also want to know who will give difference day, (15day's) interest amount.

If i do not get the matured amount with 15 days interest not get within 21st may i will complain to consumers forum for above issue
