Uco Bank — My refund from Amazon not yet credit in my account

Respected sir/madam,
My account number is [protected] and IFSC code is UCBA0003148. Amazon initiated my refund of amount 2499/- at 13 January but it not yet credit in my account. Pls help me and solve my problem. I want my money in my account. Pls take action as quick as possible.
