Uco Bank — no cash received and amount debited from my account

I am monali, and on 1st June I went to an Central bank ATM to withdraw RS 1, 000 but I recieved no amount from that ATM but it got debited from my account. The wittren message I recieved at phone was-(Rs. 1, 000 withdrawn on Card XX0722 on 01-06-19, 18:33:13 at HOSPITALRD, CACHAR ATM ID-NFUC0000.Avl Bal Rs. 4, 063.38.Report Dispute-https://bit.ly/2PZk2N5)
Kindly, look to this matter.
However the amount is less but it's a needed money for me as I have came to Shillong for appearing at exams. Please look to this matter.
