Uco Bank — One time settlement for education loan and harassment by bank uco bank manager

Respected sir,

My name is kishore ghosh i have taken an educational loan of 1.5lakhs on may, 2006-07. I got job after 1 year animation diploma from toonz webel academy. But now i have no job and doing freelance works frequently.in this time i paid only rs - 41, 000 and how interest subsidy i got that uco bank ashoknagar did not informed. Now from 1 week uco bank ashoknagar, west beagle maneger - dip mukherjee call and tharting my parent that they will come with police to my house. My father got cerebral attack on 2010 he is very sick.

I told that manger that i will pay 10, 500 please do not call and threat to my parent, he said that he will call and threat till i not pay the loan money.

Uco bank maneger dip mukherjee told me that why not pay and ask my personal metter. I said that i want settlement of loan money but he denied and told me that he will never allow to go my amount settlement processes.

Please tell me what should i do and can that manger threat my parent regarding student loan? And can i go for full settlement of my loan.

Please help.
