While making a online transaction through atm card, the amount is debited but the status was pending for admission. Then I did the second payment and it was successful. Then I went to the branch and did a complaint against it. Few days after the complaint get rejected, and the branch is unable to told me the reason behind the rejection, and my money is still in bank side. Two months has been crossed and money is not credited plz help me.
