Uco Bank — Refund initiated by Zomato but not yet received

I placed an order on Zomato on 10th June but due to some technical issues my payment was not complete. I did the payment through UPI, 257 rupees was deducted from my account but I still not received yet the refund.
Zomato has been initiated my refund on 17th june, as they have provided me the refund reference number i.e RRN number.
KINDLY INITIATE MY REFUND, IT'S A HUMBLE REQUEST.
