Uco Bank — Refund not yet credited

Its been more than 7days, yet i have not received the refund. I had cancelled an order from ajio on 15th of april 2023. The refund amount for which was 697/-. Its been more than 6 days i have not yet received the refund. I really dont understand whats going on. Completely frustrated. When will i get my refund? My bank details are
