I smt. Renu mishra (A/c no. [protected]) claims for the following twice the transaction has been done on 24 january 2018 and no receipt or as such has been provided. An amount of rs 7285 is twice debited on the above mentioned date after updating the passbook transaction details are as follows recom/prcr/[protected] and recom/prcr/[protected]. Kindly help me to get back the sum total at earliest.

15/02/18 had withdrawn money from ATM. The ATM did not get money from the ATM and the money 500 was cut from the account.
