Uday Chandran — i am complaining about the unauthorized shop in my locality

Respected sir,
I am complaining about an unauthorized shop in my locality, shop run by, uday chandran, in residential area. He is running his shop in the garage, which is allotted for dda mig flats, and one godown also in the garage of the dda mig flats.
Once we have tried to talk with him about the inconvenience faced by us because of the area he has covered by placing his goods on the road which creates difficulties in walking, but he argues back and misbehaves and uses abusive language. He usually smoke there which is harmful for us and environment and is very aggressive about the topic of their shop, and we asked him that did he have the permission for this shop then he shouts and says that this is my place and i can do anything here, mcd have no right on my shop and godown. His shop address is, garage of a/11, flat no-55, sector-18, rohini, delhi - 110089, and his godown address is, garage of a/11, flat no-48 sector-18, rohini, delhi-110089.
And his residential address is, a/9, flat no-3, sector-18, rohini, delhi-110089.
