Udemy — Purchased the course but it did not get added to my learnings

I purchased a course on Udemy yesterday by paying money from UPI App. Payment is successful from both UPI and the Bank sides. But, still, the course is not added to my learning. This is quite urgent for me so request you to look at it ASAP.
