I got a mail from Thakur regarding my claim ref no: 813464/1 last Thursday(27/11/2014) to submit my pending documents. I have already submitted all the relevant documents. Still I sent her the details in an email. But there is no response for my e-mail. I got the minder mail again on this Monday (01/12/2014). I tried calling to UHC support[protected]. Whom so ever picked the call just kept my call on hold or disconnected the call. Then somebody said that they will arrange a call back to my number. I never had a call back from Priyanka or any of the UHC team member yet. This is not at all good. I am continuously calling for 4 days to reach Priyanka Thakur to explain about my pending documents.
