Ultratech Cement — New roof with ultratech cement crack and leakage

Hi,

I got casted my slap of around 2200 sq ft area using ultra tech cement and chemical under the guidance o[censored]ltra tech engineer.

But in the starting after one days it's started giving cracks and I asked to engineer why it's happening he said it's common.

But when rain started its started leakage and after one month it's started leakage more when raining.

Kindly give me the reason and resolution for the same..
