I bought this bike early 2018 at nandanam branch, chennai. With in 7 months i faced a problem in my engine, that started leaking oil. After servicing the problem occurred again and again which makes me to raise complaint 5 times with in another 6 months. I have all the email conversations with me. Each time i raise a complaint i need to struggle with them to make it done asap.
They are not at all responsible to fulfill the customer need. They are keen to by pass this issue by talking rather than resolving it.
The way they treat you totally reversed once you bought the bike. There are no professionals to service your bike.
