A) Unbxed.com and alternatively B) unbxed.in are websites which deal with perfumes which come in damaged boxes which can't be sold at full rate in shops- hence you get them at discounted prices. I placed my order following a bunch of whatsApp msgsand email declaring perfume sales.
I placed a prepaid order for two perfumes at a cost of rupees 2897.60 on October 5 th 2023 on their website Unbxed.in.
I got the confirmation email and and then on enquiring on their whatsApp number [protected] was told it will be shipped in 24-48 hrs.
After that it's been a long list of emails and whatsApp reminders, for which I did not get any reply from 4 weeks.
I don't know what to do to get my money back. This team headed by Mr Mohit Khatri who also runs Perfumery.in simply stonewalls customer and will give zero response post prepaid order. And that's the last you hear of them.

Even if try to contact customer care on their Perfumery website, there is no response.
All the while the team is, actively conducting sales online and sending out reminders on whatsApp and email.!!

All my efforts to contact them to ship my order or refund my money since 4 weeks have fallen on deaf ears. Very well oiled scam factory
