I have to say that I am facing call connecting problem everyday at evening time to any local Airtel number. It means I am unable to connect my call to any airtel number in evening time. I am facing the above mentioned problem since from the day my uninor no. activated i.e. 09/07/2013. I already Informed earlier regarding this issue but not solved till now. I called today customer care representative at 9.30 am 12.12.2013 for 7.57 min ( call summary). He spoke to me badly and told me that This is fault of airtel and I have to contact airtel for this. and uninor is not responsible for this issue. now, I want to say that I only pay to you for service and I am not going to contact airtel. It is uninor and only uninor is responsible any problem caused in my number. You are responsible for this issue. and it is your responsibility to do appropriate work regarding this. I don't know anything now either just solve my problem or reply me that you are not able to solve this. so, that I can port my number. if I didn't get the reply regarding the solution then I will see you in above. I want a appropriate reply that you are able to solve or unable to solve the problem within 24 hrs via mail. You can contact me on my mobile. but reply regarding solution should be mailed to me at same i.e [protected]@gmail.com. i want a written mailed reply regarding solution. Telephonic conversation will not be valid regading solution.
