[Resolved] Uninor — Deduction o[censored]nauthorized call charges from my pre-paid balances | |||
Dear Sirs, My Uninor Mobile no. is [protected]. In my recent pre-paid recharges, I noticed that some unauthorized call charges are being debited from my prepaid balance since last 3 times. When I enquired at the Uninor stores during recharge, they informed that international calls were made and did not get any satisfactory reply. Recently again I recharges Rs.65/- on 7.8.2015, and 55/- was deducted on 8.8.2015. On enquiry at uninor stores they informed that charges Rs.55/- were debited f or the below number[protected]xxxxx. When I checked in my dialled call data, I could not find the informed number and I am very much sure, that there was no possibility of other persons making calls from the above number, as the mobile was totally under my control. This is the 3rd time such type of deductions was seen from my prepaid balance since one month.
