Uninor — Not crediting an amount of Rs. 42/- in connection to the recharge done based on offer. | |||
After I get an offer SMS (Mobile no: [protected]) from the cellular company concerned (Uninor). Accordingly I recharged an amount of Rs. 200/- the following day. I was scheduled to get talk time of Rs. 220/- as I recharged within the offer period. I was credited with an amount of Rs. 178/- but the rest Rs. 42/- has not been paid to me yet. Though I have registered a complaint through Customer Care Service but it has not been resolved yet. Therefore, I request to take the appropriate steps to redress my grievance.
