Sir/ mam my name is Kokane Aruna Sopan my telenor mobile number is [protected] I had recharge on this number 2 time on date 24/8/2016 1st recharge 30 ru ad 2nd rechage 70 ru that after our company cut ru 12 ru for tatkal balance and other cutting for 4 calls outgoing by mi and then 19 ru for 25 Paisa all cutting r valid but sir your company also cut my 9 ru for internet plan and 12 ru again for tatkal balance which are not applied bymi this is illegal I call on toll-free num but your customer care executive not given to mi satisfied answer so pls give solution in my complaint otherwise I take legal action Was this information helpful? | |||
