Uninor / Telenor — For deactivation of my sim card

Dear sir

My sister used uninor sim card from the year of 2010 but some moths ago someone stolen her sim card. after 1 month he misuse her sim card for calling unnecessary person. we trying to deactivate this sim card. but uninor company not give proper response.

So please help to deactivate this no. sir we are ready to give any documentation detail.
