[Resolved]  Uninor / Telenor — Net pack not working

On 22nd Nov 2015, I recharged my prepaid number with Rs 39/- for FB + WatsApp + Data, now it’s 23rd Nov and it’s not working till now.
Called 198 at (09:40 AM) to lodge a complaint regarding the same: Here the story begin:-
1. “Damini”, received my call and keep saying that will help you and suggest
me to talk to the technical person, I asked her that I don’t need any technical
Assistance I just want to lodge a complaint regarding the same, but she refused
and ended up with “we can’t lodge your complaint or will not lodge”. And after
putting me on a loooooong hold she transferred the call to her so called senior.
2. “Amrita”, call landed to amrita and she scared me saying that the Incoming, Outgoing and Data is closed for this number since 1st of Nov. Than where the hell is my balance being deducted. Apart from this she also keep telling me the service was close and she is opening it and it will take 4 hour MAX to resolve, again she also ended up with “we can’t lodge your complaint or will not lodge”. And again after putting me on a loooooong hold (it was longer then the last one) she transferred the call to her so called senior.
3. “Hari Om”, the third person who fooled me and said system has issues and will take 5 hour MAX. Assured me that this will be resolved within 5 hour, but he also didn’t took my complaint” which was my very first concern.
4. “Mithlesh” at 05:31 PM, he called and spoke some stuff and wanted my permission to UnBAD that data service stuff which was BAD earlier, WTF. Why the hell did I recharged and why the hell did I called earlier. He said he will open it and it will take 5 hour (again ).
But as of now I can’t see it’s working, and my very first concern regarding lodging a complaint is still in cloud somewhere.
On 24th a full day passed and till this time I haven't heard anything from Telenor/Uninor and not even the data pack activated or should I say started working.
Now I get it, why people were suggesting me not to tie with Telenor. But I think in India every Telecom provider has same problem. No one cares about customer, and if you complaint they keep crying their rules and conditions without listening you. They don't know how to serve customer, all they know is how to fool customer and blaming customer for their mistakes.
On 25th I called to Customer care to check why it’s still not working. They gave me the same reasons again they gave earlier. Not even ready to hear that I called earlier too and they ask the time to resolve the issue. And after three days again they were telling me they will UNBAD my data connection and after four it will start working. I felt exhausted trying to explain them this happen earlier too but it’s still same, not resolved. They are not giving me any resolution not even able to tell me what should I do now. Where to go who can help me or to any higher authority.
They simple denied to provide me any further details and keep telling me we will UNBAD your data and after four hour it’ll start working.
After a long frustrating conversation they agreed to take my complaint which they earlier told me they don’t have any platform to lodge a complaint and they will not lodge my complaint.
SR[protected] complain number provided to me with the time of 30th Nov it will be resolved or they will get back to me.
WTF what should I do till 30th and they are not even ready to give any surety over it.
And what about the pack validity which started on 22nd I am not even able to use it.
I WANT MY REFUND NOW, this is the only thing can help me in this situation.
Why the hell always a customer should get compromised.
