Uninor / Telenor — Regarding deduction of balance | |||
Myself kumud ranjan my telenor no is[protected] had 11 rs balnce dated 22 nd nov 16, but telenor dad deducted complete amount without any usage, after taht i called the customer care, it replied that y had used the net, BUT BIG QUESTION is this i didnt used any net facility confirmily, and although my mobile is not supporting the net function. either telenor have to refund the amount.otherwise i have to move the consumer forum desk, my alternate no is [protected]. thank y Was this information helpful? | |||
