Uninor — Uninor Sim not activated

Hi, My mobile no is [protected]. Sim was bought a week back. When dialled 123 for activation operator asked all details and said they matched and Sim activated and services will be available in next 2 hours. But When I was trying to call someone it says sim is not activated. I was trying to call 123 and 121 and 198 but call could not go through. All I get is a message that Sim is not activated.
