[Resolved] Uninor — Unnecessary deduction of balance from the main balance

Sir,
I am a user o[censored]ninor telecom company since 2009. Today my cellphone was on the bed and suddenly a msg came with the information that your balance of (71rs) seventy one rupees have been deducted for the recharge of the tarrif that is i have registered dnd at my number against any call or msg from the company.
Sir, if it possible please solve the problem.
