[Resolved] Uninor — Wrongful deductions of Rs.46/- each twice today i.e.on 21/12/2014 | |||
My mobile number is [protected], recently shifted to Uninor net work. Last two months I never used Uninor number for other than talking purpose. Today I recharged with Rs.100/- for full talk time, Rs.33/-for spl tariff and Rs.19/- for other purpose. After recharge my balance shown was Rs.115.52 and after 6/7 hours the balance being shown is just Rs.23/-. It is really a painful experience to see the way your net work is functioning. So much direct loot? I request Uninor net work services to be fair and less torturous than this. How can they deduct as per their wish? Are they playing with peoples money like this? I never wanted any of their other services. Will Uninor be corrected itself and re-credit my account (boost my balance)immediately please? Customer care offficial Mr.Yadagiri at uninor AP circle explained that when unsolicited messages forced on customers and out of anguish many customers press some key to turn off the message but in UNINOR, each key if pressed will activate option of "*222*7*46# and Rs.46/- gets deducted as many times as there lasts balance. So such balance can not be restored. It is just one way. Once looted, no recovery at all, as per YADAGIRI sir. This is really a bad thing on the part of net work to loot customers.
