I am duped by a local maid agency registered with the name "Unique Consultancy Services".
We were cheated by a person name Manish (+91-[protected] and +91-[protected]).

They approached me based on my Just Dial enquiry, as they were listed in 2nd rank in the Just Dial Delhi Maid Agency list.
Manish from the agency shared few maid profiles and asked for Rs 5000 advance, stating he would arrange housemaid in 2 days.

Based on several call discussions, I finally agreed to a maid and transferred Rs 5000 via UPI on 16th June.
Later from the same day evening, he stopped answering calls and Whatsapp messages.

I kept on following up with them on daily basis, they hardly used to answer 1 out of 20 calls.
After a regressive follow-up of almost 22 days, they transferred me just half the amount (Rs 2500), stating they will not refund the remaining amount.

Since then, I have been trying to contact them on both numbers, but they are not responding. Also did not receive any response on WhatsApp.

My wife and I had to take 4 days of leave from the office there was no maid with us, and we could not hire another maid until we get confirmation from Agency.
Post making an advance payment of Rs5000, we were stuck with them as we couldn't look out for an alternate and I was continuously seeking to get a maid from the agency.

This whole scenario is so metal harassing as I was cheated by them and I feel there is no law and order for such cheaters. Currently, I am struggling with mental trauma, and they are fearlessly stated that we will not provide any maid and neither they would refund my money.

I need a full money refund and also compensation against my loss and mental harassment.
