Unique Identification Authority Of India [UIDAI] — Document upload stuck forever

Hi,
I uploaded my POA & POI for 10 year Aadhar update KYC in May-2023.
It's nearly 8 months gone on myaadhar website and it is still stuck at validation. UIDAI is unable to terminate that request so that I can raise another one. At this stage I can not raise another request as it says previous is in progress.

I have raised several complaints but none have been resolved. Calling 1947 is useless.
Aadhar website is a third-class implementation.
