I am pained to know that you have extended the use of virtual aadhaar card id on third party sites by 1 month specially because of fraud mobikwik company which has restrictions on supercash usage as to amount and places and no. Of transactions as would be clear from the attachment.
You can go through the mobikwikcustomer reviews since last few months - we have been losing our money due to the forfeiture of our cashbacks which they provide in the form of supercash with lots of t & c s attached to the usage.
The company is allowing only rs.100 usage monthly to customers with minimum kyc (Done through documents like dl, voter id, passport, etc) and since last 3 months have been forfeiting the rest expiring in the current month. Recently they unjustifiably preponed the expiry dates for supercash expiring on 15-6 and 15-7 to 1-6 in anticipation of the virtual aadhaar card usage for verification.
Kindly force the company to reinstate the cashbacks they have forfeited till date.
Earlier paytm was insisting on pan card but during the 2nd week of may they have done full kyc updation with full wallet and banking rights by submission of dl, etc.
Mobikwik is mnot superior to the sc or uidai or paytm or amazon then how can you not take action against them?
We would be losing ou money further due to the postponement of the enforcement of acceptance of virtual card id - today we lost lots and now again this fraud company has already preponed the expiry date of supercash expiring on 15-8-18 to 1-7-18 Was this information helpful? |
