[Resolved] Unisyn Enterprises — amount paid for tata sky installation - no response till date - refund request

One of executive from unisyn enterprises company came to my home on 17/3/2019 by name ramesh (Mobile: [protected]). He has asked to pay the money through paytm to install the tata sky connection. I've paid the money to unisyn enterprises on the same day. Till now i did not receive any call from tatasky. The executive is not attending my calls and not giving me the current status. I am confused here.

I request unisyn enterprises to refund my money.

Hi,
A executive from UNISYN Enterprises came to my home asking for installation of TATA SKY DISH on 29/06/2019.
I paid amount of ₹2015 through Paytm on same day, but I haven't got any response through email or SMS or calls from concerned people.
When enquired with customer care, they said that there is no details of my mine entered in thier portal.
Should I logde a complaint with local police today?
