I have book my tata sky connection om 03 aug 2019 and on same day i cancelled my order. But till date i have not refund mu amonut. Dealer has recharged to tata sky again and again after cancellation of my order. I called to customer care for help and not recharged in my account but they not solve our problem said that they nothing done for this matter. I suggest that no body can book your dth through online or dealer because after payment made there is no chance to get money again.
