My self Manikanta from rajahmundry, one of your executive have came to my home and explained about Tata sky dish and after that i had done a payment toward the installation for 4K box.
Next day the technical team have came for installation and they are installing Normal HD box i asked them that i have paid for 4K box y u r installing Normal HD they told that in our data its showing only HD box, at that time i am calling to executive member but he is not lifting my cal, how can i clarify this.
But till now there is no reponse, i am calling to u r executive since from that day, but he is not lifting my cal.
