I have paid ₹ 2200/+ 2200/ for installation of tata sky installation one basic hd + one multy tv hd under following receipts on sunday 26/05/2019 :

Ref# 305538
Todays date 29/05/2019, till this time i have not received any installation message.? Why?
When i will get my 2 tata sky installation. Inform me immediately

This is the detail of Tata sky box we request for cancellation and money refund but till today I havent got the refund to my account, It's almost 2months since I requested for refund I need this to be processed ASAP. Payments details (Screenshot) has been attached here. When can I expect the refund?
