A person from unisyn hyderabad named prasanna laxmi came to register a new tatasky account as a new branch promotional offer. For the new connection primarily i had done a transaction of 2200 rupees through paytm to the unisyn hyderabad merchent account and due to net problem i didn't get any update of transaction success on my mobile screen, so the lady urged me to repeat the transaction. Later i came to know that both the transactions were success full. Though i contacted pravallika (Customer executive) o[censored]nisyn hyderabad and tatasky customer service, there is no proper response. Though the approved my double transaction they are not refunding my amount.
I request to refund my amount as soon as possible.
