United Bank Of India [UBI] — money debited from atm

I, Rohan Mandal, an account holder of your branch, AC no[protected], ID[protected], beldanga branch, want to inform that on 24.08.17, about 7.00-7.30 p.m Rs- 1023 was debited while I operated ATM .But I did not get any money from ATM though I waited about 10 minutes. No money is refunded yet to my account.Particulars of the Truncation was : CEDAR/[protected]/[protected]/SBI Nowda(Trimohini branch).please look after the matter and kindly refund my money back.
