Sir,
I have account holder of your bank and i have atm card from your bank. During work i lost my aym card on sunday 02/04/2017. That time i am block my atm card and after few days i got again.
So, i kindly requested to u to please unblock my atm card today.

Cheque no 938074( a/c no[protected] presented for clearing on 12.5.2017 returned by clearing cellfor signature differed even though the signature of customer id 57371873 tallied with that of specimen signature card and rs 250/- deducted from ac.Requesting for comparing signature by paneled handwriting expert and reversed the deducted amount
