Hi,

I was an ex-employee o[censored]HG, Gurgaon worked during May 02 - November 31 2011.I have a concern regading my EPF issue. I had applied for my PF withdrawal on 28th Oct 2013 after that I got n number of Case ids with no status of my claim. PFB my details.

After 20 days I checked with Mr.Brijesh of finance department o[censored]HG he said your claim has under process with our vendor. When I got the acknowledgement it was wrong instead of my name my father's name was there. Again after some days when I checked with the vendor they told me the actual status where i found my name is incorrect with UHG. Again I have already sent my claim as well as name correction letter which is with UHG. it has already 1 month but still no response from UHG. I never expect such pathetic response from such a good organisation UHG. Since 15 days I am calling Mr.Brijesh on his VOIP([protected]) as well as on his mobile number([protected] ) but he is not responding. Its been now 2 months but no response from UHG. I am requesting the EPF team o[censored]HG kindly let me know the status of my claim.
