Sep 11, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Health CHECKUP CLAIM No 54531718395319 & Policy no UIC54518232458 Dear Sir I have submitted health checkup claim in the month of Nov.2017.Claim passed by TPA on 13 April 2018 and payment voucher alreadycreate on 01-05-2018 but not credited in my account till date. As perTPA information amount of neft credit in wrong ac, Why I suffer this mistake.
