United Recruitment & Marketing Consultants — Service issue

I had hired an agency to provide staff after sharing my requirement i.e working hrs, pay, profile etc. We were assured by the agent that they have plenty of people looking for a job that fits our requirement. Basis that we trusted and paid advance of Rs. 2977/- and i regret paying the advance. The candidates sent were misinformed about the pay package. Very smartly on the bill its written placement assistance and hence no refund will be provided. I am not satisfied by the service and handling of the clients. Branch head very proudly challenged me to write a complain, but will not get the money refunded. I want serious actions to be taken for the agent so they dont make false promises hence forth and have the guys to challenge the consumer. I would want to be refunded the amount I paid irrespective the smart words used on the bill.
