Universal Job Solutions — Fraud company

On approx. 18 May, i received a call from a consultancy named Universal Job Solutions. The call was from Priyanka she told me that there is a opening in Wipro Company, Pune job for IT Sales Manager in Pune location for which registration fees needs to be deposited which is refundable. On trusting her words i made a registration of 1500 rs after 2 days on 20 May, i received a call from verification team who is Sunaina for demand of 5500 rs to be deposited in a/c no.[protected], IFSC CODE- ICIC0000031 BRANCH NAME=DELHI for verification of documents after that my back- to -back calls frustated them and they took telephonic round. After 2 days i again received a call from Kunal stating that i had cleared the round and need to again deposit 2000 rs for giving me offer letter which i also paid becuase 1 girl Ritika said me your all money will not be refund & we will also blocked you on shine.com portal thats why I paid them 2000 rs as security deposit. so now they are not responsing to our calls and neither they are reverting back on emails and making us fool by new stories. I am failed to understand after so many complains regarding this universal job solutions why no legal action has been taken and if it will not be taken there will a huge legal action against shine.com and this fraud company.
