[Resolved] Universel Travels — Staff Behavior, Punctuality, Booked seat allocation | |||
There are thousands of complaints about this they have never changed. Nobody is taking any action. We do not have a choice. We only depend on travels. We work hard and earn money and book tickets. They make us wait for minimum half n hour. I was a single woman that booked a single Seat. after waiting in a sunny day. When I entered the bus. It was already occupied. They charge really high. on top of that they dont even respond well. Bus that comes to chennai from Chidambaram departs at 7.45 am. When I asked him. He was telling stories. He is telling me if you sit we can move the bus and there is no point in standing. He said you complaint in office later now go and sit in that place. No guy in the bus asked anything. They were fine with this kind of living as long as they got a seat. The guy that sat in my place was asking me to question him but he didnt ask him. I feel really ashamed of living here. People are not moving abroad. They are forced to. I pay my taxes. But what helped? If this complaint was taken into account. then we have to agree. India is a developing country else. I am sorry.
