University Grants Commission — delay in generating beneficiary code and uploading documents/certificate in the ugc portal

I have qualified for ugc jrf in net held on november, 2017. I have joined indian statistical institute on 20th august, 2018 and submitted all the necessary documents/certificates. My institute authority has uploaded my documents/certificates in the ugc portal. But when i log in the canara scholar's corner portal with my student id, it is only showing the last 4 digits of my canara bank account number and ifsc code. The beneficiary code has not been generated still now and it was written that "certificates are yet to upload". It has been more than 1.5 months since i joined with all of my necessary documents. Then why is it taking too much time to upload my documents and generating beneficiary code? Recently i came to know from my institute authority that although they have uploaded my documents in the ugc portal but it was neither showing as "submitted for approval" category nor in the "rejected" category. It was only showing as a "new" application before which was applied before 1st october. But still in the ugc canara scholar's corner portal, it was showing "certificates are yet to upload". I have sent several mails and called canara bank shastri bhaban branch and one of the under secretaries o[censored]gc, sa section for more than 100 times for the last one week but no one responded to my mails or calls.

Please help me.
