University Grants Commission — I am complaining about my college, regarding , not allowing me to attend the semester exam

I am siddharthan.R, studing IMSC psychology in HOLY CROSS COLLEGE, TRICHY, TAMILNADU. I paid semester fees and exam fees but i not paid the DCA extra course fees, due to that the college admin not allowing me to attend the online semester exam may, 2021. so many students families get suffered due to covid, in this situation college admin not allow us to attend the exam. so kindly take a action against college admin to stop this issue and do favor to our students
