University Grants Commission — I am complaining about the canara bank scholarship portal registration

I have cleared MANF June 2020, and submitted all the documents in the university. I have not recieved the benificiary code and cannot able to register on the scholarship portal. The reason is that the dealing assistant o[censored]niversity has entered the wrong e-mail id. But a request for the change of email id was sent to ugc. More than 2 months have gone but still i have not recieved any response in this regard.
Kindly update my email id as per the request sent by the university, so that i shall proceed further for registration on the portal.
