University Grants Commission — JRF scholarship not received due to transaction failure from UGC

Sir/mam, I am a student at Banaras Hindu University, pursuing my PhD. I had applied for my UGC JRF scholarship from Dec, 2020 to June, 2020 but I haven't received it yet due to some transaction failure from your end.
